I like to make functional baskets that are both used and enjoyed. I hope to be demonstrating during the week and am very happy to answer any questions about basketmaking and classes offered throughout the year. Exhibiting with Hilary Duncan ceramist and textile artist Sarah Pooley at Heckleburn, deep in Blackhall Forest.

Westfield Croft, Rothienorman, Aberdeenshire
Natural wool is my passion, weaving peg loom rugs from undyed fleeces, shorn from our small flock of rare breed sheep and local farms. Selected fleeces are processed for spinning into sustainable, natural 100% wool yarns. Frank is a basket maker, hand weaving utilitarian and beautiful baskets from our own sustainable coppice.
Westfield Croft
Naturally Useful, Rafford, Forres
Locally Sourced willow, wool and plant dyes are transformed by our artisan makers into beautifully crafted useful products.
When visiting, you could watch a demonstration, hear a presentation, join a tour of our new willow field or be inspired to learn a craft with us.
