Join Karla Pearce to make your own sampler log basket in a supportive, friendly environment at Whalton Village Hall. This workshop is most suitable for those who have previously woven a round basket. It will provide an opportunity to learn a variety of side weaves, using texture and colour to add interest to your basket. You will also learn how to create integrated handles and lay down a rod border.

The cost is £130, including all materials and use of tools, tea/coffee, and biscuits. Please bring your lunch. 10:00 – 16:30. Visit Northumbria Basketry Group for further information.
