The second in a series of workshops exploring paper, foraged fibre, memory and place with Georgia Crook at West Moss-side.
Using foraged fibres to make ‘paper’ sheets in order to create 3D vessels. A truly inspirational and exploratory workshop with Georgia Crook at West Moss-side Organic Farm. Working with the colours and textures of the landscape you will create a unique piece. Georgia will take you through the techniques of preparing pulp, paper making , moulding, layering, weaving …. .
Participants are welcome to attend only one day of the weekend, but to attend Day 2 you must have attended an Introduction Day 1 previously. Please bring any paper you have made and material for inclusion in the vessel – something special perhaps – or find something from West Moss-side for your memory of place.
Cost £95.00 per day including all materials. Refreshments and home baking provided. Bring a potluck lunch to share.
