Growing Matters is a charity run by volunteers for volunteers that is developing an old kitchen garden on the Gilmerton Estate in rural East Lothian.

They grow several varieties of willow to make willow structures, fencing, and plant supports/obelisks for the garden. They offer cut-your-own sessions as well as selling living and dried willow on a collection basis.
