Anna will be opening her studio space for the weekend, for people to admire all the beautiful coloured willows unwoven and ask any questions about the basket-making process and set up.

You will be able to buy smaller items such as stars and jewellery and larger baskets such as laundry and log baskets, or plant supports to use as Christmas trees!

Anna will be on hand to talk all things willow with you – there is nothing she likes more!

Anna’s studio backs onto the sea at a beautiful spot at Eastfield, just where Edinburgh meets East Lothian. She works from here, growing her willow in Lanarkshire where she used to live, and also uses willow from Edinburgh and the Lothians.

She loves sharing her studio space and basket-making as both a heritage craft and sustainable resource.
