In this two and a half hour workshop, Katy Bremer will show you how to make a simple bird feeder for your garden, or a garlic holder for your kitchen, if you don’t have a garden. This is a great way to introduce you to basketry as in the small project alone, there are multiple weaves and techniques that you can transfer to making a full basket in the future.

This workshop is suitable for all skills levels and ages 12+, but please be aware that working with willow can be hard on the hands, so if you have any weakness or trouble there, please do get in touch to discuss whether we can accommodate you.
